FOR KG BOYS

Badam Cream skirt, Brown check shirt, tie, black leather shoes,Schoolbelt and ID card. On Saturdays the uniform will be of white colour with white canvas shoes and white socks. The belt andtie willbe the same on all working days.

WINTER UNIFORM

In addition to the above given set pattern of uniform in November to February (winter) children will wear maroon Jacket/Coat and maroon cap too.

CONTRIBUTION /TUITION TERMS

Registration fees:is to be paid once at the time of registration of child's name.

Annual Contribution : It includes charges for functions & celebrations, co-curricular activities, games and sports, light & water, library etc. It will be collected in four installments along with the other contributions.

Examination fees Examination fees is to be paid in four installments. Monthly contribution will be charged for 12 months. All the fees should be deposited at the School•s fees counter in four installments. The tuition terms are subject to revision. Fees should be deposited in the first month of each installment. lfthe fees is not paid for three consecutive months name ofthe child will be struck off from the roll. Re admission may be possible with special Permission and payment of Rs. 500/- as re-admission charge. Fees once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted under any other heads. Students will not be allowed for appearing in Exam until all the fees due to the school is paid. Fees defaulters will be charged a late fee Rs.50/- per month.

EXAMINATION PROMOTION AND AWARDS

There are 3 TerminalAssessments.Minimum pass mark is 40% in each subject and also 75% attendance is a must for promotion. Appearing in all the assessments is necessary for promotion. The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion is final. Examinations/assessment enable parents to evaluate the progress of their wards and pay proper attention to their studies at home.

If a student does not have. 75% attendance he/she may not be permitted to take annual exam and promotion will be denied. Communicate promptly the reason for your child•s absence or leave. But the head of the institution may condone the shortage of attendance for valid and convincing reasons but the same should be submitted well in advance. Medical certificate does not guarantee promotion to next class.

The answer sheets of the assessments will be shown to parents on the open day if all the dues to the school are cleared.In case of a child leaving a part of the examination his/her result will be made on the performance in other exams of the year.

Those students who fail to secure pass marks shall vacate the seat for the deserving candidates by leaving the school.

There is no provision for supplementary examination or re-examination for the absentees or the failures. No examination will be conducted for any child before or after the scheduled dates.A student failed twice in the same class will be asked to leave the school. Promotion once refused will not be reconsidered for any change.

Prizes are awarded to individual students for proficiency and merit invarious curricular and co-curricular activities.

GENERAL DISCIPLINE

It is compulsory for the pupils to participate in the school assembly and physical exercises daily. Children frequently late for the school are liable to be fined.

As regular attendance is an important element of successful work no leave is granted exceptforserious reasons

Continuous absence of a pupil for 15 working days without sufficient reason or sanctioned leave will be considered equivalent to the withdrawal ofthe pupilfrom the school.

As a rule students will not be allowed to go home during class hours. In case of urgency child may be relieved with the parent or guardian who hold ID card issued from the school. Cleanliness in the whole person is expected. The uniform must be clean and neatly pressed, shoes be polished, finger nails be pared, hairs combed and neatly arranged.

Each article of the pupil must be marked with name and roll number for its safety and recovery in case of being lost. It is not advisable for the children to bring money and valuables to the school.

If fees (contributions) and other dues are not paid after issuing of three reminders, the name of the student will be struck off from the roll.

If a child is found medically unfit and is a health hazard to other students, he/she may be asked to withdraw from the school.

If a parent withdraws a student during the middle of the term, the deposited fees will not be refunded or adjusted with any other heads.

Transfer Certificate will be issued on written application served one week in advance by the parent. T. C. will be issued only after the clearance of all the dues.A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for the Transfer Certificate. Duplicate T .C may be issued fora special charge of Rs. 200/-

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PARENTS

In order to promote all that is best in your child, maximum co-operation between parents and school authorities is desired.

We earnestly recommend that parents/ guardians should look into their child's home work book and Task Book every day and will see that the assigned work is satisfactorily completed The child should be encouraged to cultivate neatness. Reports or remarks made in the Task-Book should be read and acknowledged with signature regularly.

It is the duty of the parents to see that their children come to school neatly dressed up and in time for the class.

Kindly do not disturb the teachers and pupils by visit during the Class hours. Visit to meet the teachers may be made with the permission of the Principal, conveniently before or after the class hours. Vehicles should not be taken inside the gate to avoid disturbance for the smooth functioning of the school.

One copy of "Declaration by Parents" (given in Task Book) should be filled in and submitted to the class teacher on the opening day itself.Change of conveyance, change of address or phone nos. should be notified in writing to the school office immediately with proper identification.
